Oven preparation:
• Preheat oven to 200°C, Gas Mark 6
• Remove all packaging and place the Chicken Breast Fillet on a baking tray in the centre of the oven for
approx. 20 minutes.
• Turn over halfway through cooking time.
Pan fry preparation:
• Heat up oil in a pan fry. Add the Chicken Breast Fillet to the pan fry and cook for about 35 minutes at low
heat. Turn the Chicken Breast Fillet from time to time until well browned.
Defrosting preparation:
• Place the bag in the fridge and allow to defrost overnight.
• Check if product is thoroughly defrosted before eating.
These instructions are guidelines only. Do not re-heat. If allowed to defrost, adjust cooking time accordingly.

Keep frozen at -18°C or cooler.
