Heating Instructions : Microwave from frozen
1. Remove outer plastic film and open lid.
2. Add water to the line indicated on the inside of the bowl. Replace lid loosely over the bowl to allow steam to escape during heating.
3. Place the bowl on a microwaveable plate and microwave on full power for 3 minutes (900W). Stir, and microwave on full power for a further 3 minutes.
4. Carefully remove bowl from microwave as product will be hot. Stir and serve.
5. These cooking instructions are a guide only. For best results cook from frozen If allowed to defrost, adjust the cooking times accordingly. Do not re-heat.

Keep frozen at -18 °C or below. Do not refreeze after defrosting.
